Konica KM512 LNX 35PL Printhead

The Konica Minolta KM512 MH print head has 512 nozzles with a droplet size of 14 pico litre and a native resolution of 360 dpi. It has an integrated heater, which makes it ideal for oil based and UV inks, but it works with solvent ink as well. The heater can be heated up to 55°C

Unique technology of jetting multiple drops onto a single dot creates wide range of grayscale with minimum 6 pl to maximum 90 pl (15 drops) per dot. Higher driving frequency(especially at small drops) CA4 realizes 28KHz at 1drop (6pL) mode, which is twice as fast as the existing CA3 using the same interface.

The Toshiba CE4M printhead has high nozzle density with 636 channels and a high driving frequency (especially at small drops). The Toshiba CE4M printhead offers a wide range of drop volume, from 6 to 90 picoliters, with excellent dot placement accuracy and stable jetting with water circulation thermal control.

This Toshiba TEC CA4W on-demand piezo electric inkjet print head is designed for industrial applications with high print quality. Unlike conventional binary print heads, this grayscale print head technology is capable of jetting multiple drops within one dot allowing for an image to have 16 levels of grey, since each dot is created through a minimum of 6 pico litre to a maximum of 90 pico litre of ink. 

This Toshiba TEC CA3W on-demand piezo electric inkjet print head is designed for industrial applications with high print quality. Unlike conventional binary print heads, this grayscale print head technology is capable of jetting multiple drops within one dot allowing for an image to have 8 levels of grey, since each dot is created through a minimum of 6 pico litre to a maximum of 42 pico litre of ink.

This Printhead Assy is suitable for the Mimaki UJV / JFX / UJF-706 Printers. This is the original Mimaki part (number KX-CE308644CS-Gen4).

This FSK-Printhead CE2 is suitable for Océ Arizona 460 GT and Fujifilm Acuity Advance Select HD4006 printers. This is the original Océ part (number 3010122104 replacing 3010114604 and 3010115446).
